 Masha Voropaeva – Cates Maria (Masha) Voropaeva – Cates is a head of projects for Lenovo web design company. Ms. Cates was born, raised and studied fine arts in Moscow before moving to North Carolina in 1993. Since that time, she has been a fine artist, graphic artist, web designer, web-based training developer, interactive media developer, and director or member of various web design projects for customers and organizations worldwide. Masha has a Fine Arts Degree from V.I. Surikov Art School (1978-1984) and a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts & Graphic Arts from the Academy of Arts, Moscow State Arts Institute (1985-1991).  David I. Cleland, PhD David I. Cleland, Ph.D., is professor emeritus in the School of Engineering at the University of Pittsburgh, USA. Dr. Cleland is the author or editor of 36 books on project management and engineering management and is the most published author of PM textbooks in the world. He has served as a consultant for both national and foreign companies, and is co-founder of the University of Pittsburgh’s Manufacturing Assistance Center (MAC), whose mission is to provide manufacturing systems technology assistance to small and mid-sized manufacturers in Western Pennsylvania. A long time member of the Project Management Institute (PMI®), David was named a Fellow of PMI in 1987and has received PMI’s Distinguished Contribution to Project Management Award three times.  Lieutenant Colonel William Cooley Prior to spending most of 2005 in Kabul Afghanistan, Lt. Col. Bill Cooley’s 15-years in the Air Force included laboratory research of semiconductor materials, laser and space power technologies; a tour in Germany at the Warrior Preparation Center near Ramstein AB; and most recently a Pentagon tour acquiring military satellite communication systems. Mr. Cooley completed a Doctorate in Engineering Physics from the Air Force Institute of technology in 1997 and will begin attending National War College at Fort McNair, Washington DC in August 2006.
J. Kent Crawford is the CEO and president of PM Solutions, a Philadelphia-area project management training, consulting, and research firm. A former president and Chair of the Project Management Institute, Crawford has advanced the global profession of project management through his international relationships. He is the author of several project management and industry publications, and also offers seminars on the topic of project office deployment.
Earl W. Crisp, D. P. A., - is employed by the U. S. Department of Education, Post Secondary Education for Eligibility and Oversight of Guarantors, Lenders and Servicers. He is also an adjunct instructor for the Management Department at the University of Texas at Arlington and for the College of Business at Dallas Baptist University. He is a former Navy C-130 pilot and he enjoyed collateral assignments in Administration, Training, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources. His Doctorate in Public Administration is from the University of La Verne and his M. S. in Management is from Troy University. He is a certified mediator, private pilot and radio announcer. Natalie Davis was born in West Point, Mississippi, USA. She completed her undergraduate work in Management Information Systems at the University of Southern Mississippi in 1990 in Hattiesburg, MS. She has been working for a small software company for one year as a Quality Assurance analyst. Her professional work experience includes Project Management software implementation, mainframe development/analysis and Quality Assurance testing in telecom, defense and snack foods industries. Currently she is attending the University of Texas at Dallas' Project Management certification and master's program in order to further her knowledge in business leadership skills.

William R. Duncan is a principal of Project Management Partners, a project management consulting and training firm headquartered in Lexington, MA USA. He is the former Director of Standards for the Project Management Institute, Inc. (USA) and is currently Director of Standards for the American Society for Advancement of Project Management (asapm). Mr. Duncan has nearly thirty years of management and consulting experience including five years with a major international consulting firm. He was the primary author of the 1994 and 1996 versions of A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, the most widely used project management standard in the world. In addition, his "process model" of project management was used to organize both ISO 10006, Guidelines for quality in project managemen. Morten Fangel is Managing Director and Chief Consultant of Fangel Consultants Ltd., Saettedammen 4, DK-3400 Hilleroed / Copenhagen, Denmark. Curt Finch is the CEO of Journyx (http://pr.journyx.com), a provider of free Web-based software located in Austin, Texas, USA that automates billing, payroll & project management by tracking time, expenses and mileage. Quentin W. Fleming has had over four decades of professional experience in project management, with two distinct careers: one in private industry and another as a consultant in project management. Quentin has written seven textbooks project management, which collectively have sold over 60,000 copies world wide. In 1995, Quentin was honored when the Performance Management Association, which has since become the PMI College of Performance Management awarded him their prestigious Lt. Davidson Frame, PhD, PMP, is Academic Dean at the University of Management and Technology (UMT) in Arlington, Virginia, USA.
